These Terms govern your use of the LearnwithCR website and enrolment in any course offered by LearnwithCR, operated by CatalystRight Technologies. By submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Course enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only after fee payment (or an agreed instalment plan) is received. Batch schedules, trainers, and course content may be adjusted to maintain training quality; students will be notified of any material change.

Fees and refunds

Fee amounts, instalment schedules, and any refund conditions are communicated to each student at the time of enrolment. Please refer to your enrolment communication or contact enquiry@learnwithcr.com for the applicable policy on your batch.

Acceptable use

Recordings, materials, and lab access provided during the course are for personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the enrolled cohort.

Limitation of liability

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure training quality and accuracy of published course information, LearnwithCR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in a course.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
